Day 01
Arrive in Negombo, and travel to Villa Hundira, a beautiful property surrounded by thick greenery. Take advantage of this chance for you and your surroundings to unwind, relax, and let go.
Day 02
Arrive in Digana and start a spiritual journey that will end with a blessing from the Kandy Temple of the Tooth Relic. One of the most sacred locations in the nation the temple symbolizes a deeply spiritual and serious occasion. You can then spend the night at Digana Rukgala Retreat. This location gives you a unique opportunity to get away from the bustle of the big city and enjoy the pure beauty of the outdoors.
Day 03
Begin your day with a rejuvenating morning yoga class, followed by a nutritious breakfast. Take a guided tour of Bambaragala's historic meditation caves, where you may explore the peaceful surroundings and perhaps try your hand at some mountain climbing. Return to the resort for your night yoga practice and have a nutritious dinner before sleeping overnight at Rukgala Retreat.
Day 04
In the morning, engage in a yoga session before heading out to the lake to paddleboard. Relax with a full-body massage from a massage therapist with local experience. Conclude the day with an evening session.
Day 05
After a morning yoga session, take a mesmerising drive to Galle. When you arrive, check into Niyagama House, a tranquil and beautiful sanctuary. Spend the remainder of the day resting and relaxing, perhaps visiting the gorgeous gardens or taking a refreshing dip.
Day 06
Enjoy guided meditation and relaxation sessions after starting the day with a Hatha Vinyasa Yoga session. Intimately connect with yourself while taking in the tranquil atmosphere. You can enhance your practice by attending the evening yoga session which is offered upon request. Stay the night at Niyagama House.
Day 07
Hold tight to the memories created and you will be transferred back. Stroll through the bustling city of Colombo before you go!
